It’s a wrap! Lol pun intended 😪.
Wraps are quick and easy to prepare and can usually be achieved with ingredients in your fridge and pantry.
-You’ll need flat bread of your choice.
-green leaf (lettuce) or another of choice
protein of choice (turkey, chicken etc)
you can add any other veggie or pepper

It’s with mixed emotions that I stare into the fridge whenever I have leftovers, especially those that don’t compliment one another.
But it’s also exciting because it means I don’t have to cook anything from scratch if I don’t want to 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾.
So you can always just heat them up as they are or introduce new ingredients to the mix and upgrade it into a whole new meal!
What are your favorite ways of revamping leftovers?
On my plate I have #mixedveggies #stirfry #noodle #indomie #chicken #irishpotatoes #srambledeggs #salmon etc
In my #mickey #mug #mickeymug is cranberry juice 🥤.
Simple and easy bread rolls.
Make these in less than 5 mins.
A loaf of sliced bread.
2 raw eggs
Eggs :- boiled
Veggies of your choice
Meat (hot dogs, sausages, beaf, chicken etc)
Have fun with it and add Ingredients of your choice.
Hi lovely people,
So I recently partnered with a company that develops BPA free, sustainable home and kitchen Ware.
So I wanted to ask everyone what way they are inculcating healthier choices in their everyday living, apart from food choices.
In your homes, work places, what you wear etc. How are you being environmentally and health conscious and what are some of the products you use?
Please leave a comment. I appreciate it.
Hey everyone, I have been a bit busy this month and a tad bit lazy I am sure. But I have also been doing something I should have done a long time ago!
I started working out!
Yes I said it! I am working out “again” but this time it’s for real.
I started this earlier in the year before my wedding. Trying to be fit and not get bigger than my dress measurements lol, but I got distracted, I got lazy and eventually I quit!
And I regret that decision. I wonder where I would be on my goal scale or even how far I would have gone.
But there is no point crying over spilled milk. The most important thing is that on the first of this month I started again and boy I’m I seeing results! It’s been painful, challenging, exhausting and rewarding too. The people I workout with challenge me and make it worth every agonizing second and I love it!
The change I have seen in 15days is mind blowing for me. Because its not just a physical thing, it’s also a mind thing and it’s been an eye opening 15days.
I am still keeping at it and I will definitely post results when the time comes. For now I just want to work for the healthier me that I know I can be.
Keep fit and eat clean guys it’s worth it!
