Eggs :- boiled

Avocado

Veggies of your choice

Spices

Meat (hot dogs, sausages, beaf, chicken etc)

My 15days.

Hey everyone, I have been a bit busy this month and a tad bit lazy I am sure. But I have also been doing something I should have done a long time ago!

I started working out! 

Yes I said it! I am working out “again” but this time it’s for real.

I started this earlier in the year before my wedding. Trying to be fit and not get bigger than my dress measurements lol, but I got distracted, I got lazy and eventually I quit!

And I regret that decision. I wonder where I would be on my goal scale or even how far I would have gone.

But there is no point crying over spilled milk. The most important thing is that on the first of this month I started again and boy I’m I seeing results! It’s been painful, challenging, exhausting and rewarding too. The people I workout with challenge me and make it worth every agonizing second and I love it!

The change I have seen in 15days is mind blowing for me. Because its not just a physical thing, it’s also a mind thing and it’s been an eye opening 15days.

I am still keeping at it and I will definitely post results when the time comes. For now I just want to work for the healthier me that I know I can be.
