Breakfast can somewhat be challenging. It’s so easy to miss it day after day and yet it’s termed the most important meal of the day. .

So be good to yourself and plan ahead. Go for simple, quick and easy like this bowl of oatmeal and a variety of fruits. .

You can customize yours to meet your needs and taste. But the good thing is that you’d be getting lots of fiber, healthy sugars, vitamins and nutrients depending on what you put in yours. .
