My Beautiful Dilemma.

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
It’s that simple.
We raise questions,
How about the solutions?
How many of us see the world in black and white?
How many cling to the grey areas?
Should we hold out hope for a generation that seems doomed?
Or will that hope lift it?
Is the rift too great and the blow too swift for it to be fixed?
Why can’t we all see the world through a child’s eye?
I read that darkness is the absence of light and cold the absence of heat.
Does this mean that all that we grew up to know is not what it is cracked up to be?
But roses will always be red and violets blue,
So is my passion for all things good.
